Adsl line not been fixed in a month!!!

Our adsl line has not been working since dec 17th 2013. It stopped working at the same time as the phoneline, after a big storm. We logged it on their website, & saw that it had already been logged by someone else as well. Eventually we phoned. The phone line was fixed only after christmas, but nothing was done about the adsl. We phoned numerous times getting put on hold for ages and not getting through. Only once we actually got through and spent a lengthy phonecall trying all sorts of options to get it working. Eventually the operator said they would have to send someone out. A week later someone arrived but when we said it is the adsl line she said it was not her area she only did phone lines, but she would send someone else the same day. Nobody came. It is now another week later and still noone has come. We keep trying to phone but get put on hold each time. The website says it is logged but that is all. My husband works from home, & without internet cannot even chrck his emails. Our phone's bundles are long finished and we will have to pay a fortune in mibile data costs. It us not right that we should pay for our adsl line for the entire month amd not even be able to use it!
