No Service After 2 Weeks - Shocking Service

My phone line and internet died 2 weeks ago, After Phoning and requested telkom to investigate and send a techie out to fix the problem I receive a REF 87CNK02013, I then waited 3 Days with no feedback, I then phoned telkom and was told that it was logged and a Techie will be looking at the problem. I then received a call from telkom saying a Techie would be in contact to set up a time he could come around and fix the problem. I then followed up daily phoning 10210 which are no help at all! All they can say is that it logged and will be looked at. On saturday when I was out shopping I received a SMS saying that the service as been restored, When I got home the line was dead and still no internet, After this I called a call AGAIN REF 198CNK030213 and todate the problem has not been sorted. you can phone the 10210 all you want but they can tell you nothing, you ask for a manager and they are all in a meeting. It seems that it will never be sorted. Shocking Service from Telkom and the Call Centre they are happy to keep charging you for a service that you can use. This is not the first time it happens everytime they make changes in our area. very disappointed!
