Fault logged 6 days ago and still not working!!

My internet and email is not working since the 12th of November. I have logged my fault 466CRK121113 on the 12th of November, on the 13th I receive an sms that my fault has been fixed, which is not the case at all. I have been calling the fault report centre and everytime they give me a different story so I have been complaining ever since then with no avail! Not once has a technician come out to my premises nor have I received a phone call from telkom to check what the problem is. I work from home but because my account falls under a residential and not Business although I tell them I work from home, Telkom does not see it as an urgent matter at all... Their complaints line 011 333 7188 just rings and rings! I have taken my modem to a telkom store to get tested which tested fine! I have had my IT guy out to check that the error is not on my side at my own cost. I feel done in and feel that there is no one to talk to to give direct answers as to when they will be giving me the service that I am paying for on time every month!
