2 Week old Fault still not resolved

I logged a fault 79CRK310313 on 31st of March 2013, the afternoon my internet stopped working. Telkom dsl tested the line and found that there was a line fault. The fault was escalated on the 4th of April due to no action 507175/040413 fault was then re escalated as the fault still had not been assigned to technician 508167/080413. The technician arrived to fix the fault with a reply that there is nothing wrong and closed the call. This modem syncs with the exchange but the internet port does not seem to be working. I have asked the technician to change the ports to validate if its not my port but he has simply stated that there is nothing wrong with the exchange and he will not be testing it on a different port. I have not had internet for 2 weeks, this is the first fault i have had with telkom in over 2 years and I wish I never logged it
