4 months and going strong without internet

It's going on to the 4th month that I have not been able to use my internet. Yet I'm still being billed every month, and even had my line blocked because i refused to pay. I've logged the fault numerous times, only to get a sms saying my line is fixed. When I get home, nothing has changed. So not only does Telkom not fix my problem, they have the audacity to charge me for an unnecessary call out. How is it unnecessary when the fault still persists? When you phone them and try to get hold of a manager or anybody that can actually help, there is never anyone available.
I have not paid my bill in the last 2 months, and wont pay this month either, I'm not paying for a service that does not work. I need to have internet, but apparently Telkom just needs my money without giving me what I pay for. I'm seriously done with fighting. If Telkom doesn't fix their problem this week I'll be cancelling and waiting for Vodacom to roll out their fixed line internet!
