In Jan 2013 i took a contract with auto page where i have sign a threshold that after the given usage of my airtime the threshold must not exceed the limit of R50.00 where automatically the phone won't dial as its got limit, i normal pay less than Five hundred on monthly basis including the R50.00 threshold, i was shocked when i receive an sms that my acc will be deducted R927.52 which is almost double, i phoned customer service and i was told that there is Terms and condition as Threshold is not Guarateed where spoke to several people who were transfering me from pillar to post, at last i spoke to Thoko Skhosana where i ask her to send prove of terms and condition i have sign and to question as i always check my bill by sms, what i got from sms is totaly differ to what autopage bill gave to me, i need a head office to deal with this matter for empty promise given by Thoko and signed copy with my signature for a clos that indicate terms and condition so that i can take it up legarly cause iam very upset about this kind of servise with Autopage asd the document that was never had any terms and condition, i still have a document on PC which prove by emails the day it was send.
