Telkom ADSL line STILL not working

I upgraded my internet account from 1mb to 4 mb 2 weeks ago and logged a fault to report it was only running at 2mb. After the line was fixed it has been running at 1 (which I'm almost certain is worse?!?!). After logging the fault again i was sent an sms to say the line had been fixed however upon testing the line it still was not. this has been the case for the last 4 or 5 fault logs. I'm very happy with how fast Telkom is responding to the situation, I'm just very angry that they are not actually FIXING the problem at all. Each time they tell me it has been fixed, it hasn't. I'm not sure what exactly is the problem with a simple upgrade of an internet line in the middle of Sandton? I am not sure why the fault that I can pick up is being reported as fixed each time when it is not? Please can Telkom just fix this now?! I'm sure I'll be billed for the 4mb that isn't a 4mb line this month too...!!!
