Helkom fails to fix ADSL after 3 attempts!!!

My ADSL stopped working on 11 June 2013, I logged the issue with Telkom at 14:19 Reference number 692CRK110613. This issue was closed, without the problem being resolved.
I reported the issue again Wednesday, reference 913CRK120613 and Thursday, again to my surprise it was "resolved". But the problem was not sorted out. STILL NO INTERNET AND NO PHONE LINE.
Then I logged a 3rd issue, reference 1055CRK130613 Thursday 19:43, and Today, again I was sms'ed to say it was the issue was resolved, and the ticket was closed.

The same problem reported 3 times, and yet, NOTHING WAS DONE!!! each time Telkom just say its fixed and close the problem report!!!

We phoned a 4th time today! Spoke to Dirk, got a reference number 925CRK140613, he told us to phone back tomorrow, and the fault will be fixed soon. I hope so!

It has been 4 days, Telkom better get moving. When I phone my own number, I get through to other peoples house? In that case, how high are they phoning my bill, and depleting my Internet bundle?!?!?

I want it fixed NOW, or I will change to a more suitable competitor.
