I have been struggling since the 14th October 2013 to get my itemised billing send to me. My email address personal details and security questions has been confirmed over and over against. Yet on Monday pass I went into a store and my email was captured incorrectly. more must I do to get the itimesed bill. If u sent it let me know then I would know that my email address is wrong and then I can furnish you with a new one. But no I guess it is to much to ask. My bill have been paid v? a direct debit so I guess u having your money is okay but me not having my bill is okay to. I corresponded with u for the past 3 weeks and still u get my email address wrong. Where is my bill flippen incompetent company.
