Just terrible

Dialing 808 with option 0. Rude service people that don't want to help. Also they make you listen to this ridiculous music. I have been listening to it for 30 minutes now and no one will pick up.

Why not just have an option for people to leave their number and you call them back? Why must I sit and wait for hours and hours just to do what is my right? You should not even have to cancel a contract, this is stupid.
