Still waiting for email 4 days late

I have a billing issue which caused me to request my itemised bill from MTN (808 call centre). I made this request on Saturday 1 June 2013. After not receiving anything on email, I made another enquiry on 2 June 2013. I didn't receive anything and so I called in again on 3 June 2013 with an alternative email address supplied to the call centre agent. To date I have not received my itemised bill for the specified month.

I require the itemised bill in order to check on my billing concern and take further action if necessary. Right now, I wait... I have accepted the fact that I will be billed R17, 50 for this request. I am struggling to understand what the delay is all about. All my other emails are arriving so I cannot say it has anything to do with the TWO email addresses that I have supplied.

Another reason why I cannot wait to reach the end of this contract with MTN. Another reason why this phone will be out of use (except only for the free minutes that are paid by my subscription).
