Surreal inability to change my invoicing details

In 2012 I contacted Edgars by telephone to have my address changed and my bills sent to my email address instead of my physical mailbox.

Even though I was assured that the change was done, it wasn't. Bills kept on being sent to the old address and not to my email address.

Throughout 2013 I went in to the Claremont branch twice, both time to change the address and billing option. It was never done.

Now, in 2014, I started receiving calls at 7am from Edgars demanding that I pay an outstanding amount of ~R200. I told the operator that I would pay as soon as my bills got sent to me. I checked with this operator and they still had my old details, even though I had by this stage changed it 3 times. I was promised the bill in my inbox in 15 minutes.

Guess what? It didn't come.

2 days later another call. This time the email address was incorrect. I changed it again. I was again promised a bill in 15 minutes.

Guess what? It didn't come.

Now I get an SMS saying I'm being listed with the credit bureau.

Dear Edgars. Please contact me via email. I will no longer entertain your calls. Address in acc details.
