NO Itemised Billing!

I have not received my itemised billing for the last 2 months, even though I get charged for the service on my bill.
every time I have to call - then they log a query - and then they loose the query.
Every time the blame gets set onto my email adress, but I have even given them another email address and still not itemised billing received.
Evrytime when I phone I get told they will have to charge me for resending it... I will then just "forget" to pay my bill at the end of the month!!!
I have to claim my calls through my company, now I am loosing out on this as I don't have my itemised billing - did not even get my invoice, but still get charged for this...
I give up!!!
