Yesterday after a storm my phone line was completely dead. My daughter reported the fault last night after 20.30h. To my amazement a Telkom technician arrived by 10.30h this morning and repaired the fault and restored my line and internet in a few minutes. My previous service fault a few months ago was also dealt with very speedily and efficiently. WELL DONE TELKOM & thank you.
