Outrageous Billing/Bad Service/Lack Of Feedback

Vodacom is me. Last month (October) the bill came up to just over R900. So I decided to call them and query what exactly this amount was for. I spoke to the most useless person ever, who told me that it was my bill for the month and told me most of it was because of the data used. I then requested she send me an itemised billing that will be detailed enough for me to know where exactly I'm using up this data. She took my email address &to this day I have not received that email from her. Later that month I called again still requesting this itemised billing & this time around I get told my balance due is R2300 roughly. So I ask her what is that amount for, & she tells me its my monthly billing. I then say to her that is highly impossible, whats changed that I have to pay 300% more than I usually do. I told her I wouldnt pay that till I got my itemised billing. Long story short, my phone is now locked and I still have not rreceived an itemised billing statement. I've been to the shop countless times& every time I'm there they are ALWAYS OFFLINE. Called today and was promised another email, 6 hours later I'm still waiting. This is sad because I've been with vodacom foreve
