Being a loyal customer to Vodacom for the past 8 years, I decided to test out the online ordering system which to my expectations should be advanced, time saving and accurate. Unfortunately I cannot compliment the system as there are some areas that needs improvement. Firstly there is a lack communication, I'd expect the online page to say that a certain product is "out of stock" instead of stating "FREE delivery the next day" OR some communication from Vodacom stating that the product is out of stock & they WILL be receiving product soon hence I should expect my delivery by a certain day. I placed my order for the Blackberry Q5 on the 23 rd of July, I then called on the 24th morning and was informed by the call center agent that they will be receiving stock later that day and that I should call by 3 o'clock that day to confirm if the stock did come, I did this and another call center agent confirmed that the stock did come in and I should expect my order soon. I expected delivery by Thursday the 25 of June but again there was no communication I then decided to check the status of my order there is no stock once again! Vodacom should do something about this as it is frustrating!
