Guaranteed next day delivery a lie

I ordered a Samsung S4zoom online to the garentee that if vodacom had stock (which they did i called and one of the agents confirmed they have stock) on the product that the phone be dilivered the next day free of charge.
im still waiting for the order confimation call from them and its been longer then 24 hours ago that i placed my order.
so if they havent called to confirm my order how are they going to keep their promise of the next day dilivery??
