Unacceptable service

Good day

Below order was placed on 03/06/2013.
To date, I have not received my product or any indication as to when I will receive it.

Even though I have previously queried the delivery status, I was only today informed, after calling your call centre, that the product was "out of stock".

I consider this to be unacceptable service due to below reasons:
- How can a a product be oversold or out of stock? Surely stock should be confirmed before advertising a deal?
- Almost a month later, I was never informed of stock shortages. I was only conveyed this information upon my telephonic query, despite me also having submitted previous email queries.

I now demand confirmation as to whether I will be receiving the purchased product. And if yes, when will the delivery take place?

After two months, still no delivery
