Vodacom online Sales didnt deliver my product

On the 4th November I put an online order for a blackbery Z10 that was on special but till today I haven't receive my order, the call center agent contacted me to complete my order and my application was successful they said before midday U'll receive ur FREE next day delivery, I did call them after few days but they kept on promising up until the phone was out of stock, I call again to change the Z10 to blackberry Q5 which is more expensive than the Z10 but still I haven't receive anything. Last time a lady by the name of Elanie call me and promise that it will be delivered on Monday and it was a public holiday, so I expected it on Tuesday or Wesdnesday, today its Thursday still nothing, I don't know whose not doing their job.
