My Order was placed on the 07/03/2013 and upon confirmation of my order I was told that the item was out of stock and would take between 10 and 14 working days for delivery. This was perfectly acceptable as it was clearly displayed on the website when I placed the order.
Having received no further communication from Dial a Bed I called on the 25/03/2013 to query the status of my order, only to be told that they are still awaiting stock. I continued to make daily phone calls to the call center to query my order as the stated period of 10 to 14 working days was coming to an end.
On the 02/04/2013 I was told that stock had been received at the warehouse on the 30/03/2013 and they were awaiting the delivery to be scheduled.
I called the call center again on the 03/04/2013 and was again told that the was definitely stock but they were still awaiting the delivery to be scheduled.
Having still had no call regarding the delivery I called again on the 04/04 (17 working days) only to be told that there is no stock available.

I find it completely unacceptable that I was to about stock availability and having to wait more than the stated period for my order with no reason for the delay.
