Item out of stock after paying and confirmation

On the 24th of Sept, I purchased a TV from Dion Wired online. Before making payment, I used the webchat service to confirm that item was available. The online agent was helpful and quick. She confirmed that product was in stock and sent me a link to confirm the product. I was happy and proceeded with payment.

3 days later i called to find out progress of my order. I was then informed by the call centre agent that there is a problem with my order... there is no stock and I will be given a refund, This was so disappointing after paying and waiting 3 days... i now have to wait longer to get my money back and no product. I was also not informed by phone, sms or email that the product was out of stock... I had to call in on my own.

There is also no option to get a replacement product, as i requested this and was informed that i need to place a new order and my money will be refunded. This type of service is very bad and unprofessional particularly with regards to poor communication.
