I have logged a complaint on a 2GB databundle on 9/07/2013, whereby Vodacom has billed me R340.29 for exceeding the usage on databundle on 30 June 2013. I have an SMS confirming that 327MB was available plus 351 MB was a carry over. Further to this I have R50 limit on this account.
Their feedback was that I used 996MB on 30 June from 11:47, which is incorrect, given that the vodacom connection cuts off frequently in a session.
The following reference numbers on this query are: 300599834, S3/TVU/F/FVOHA &A600AP6M100. Thus far I have had no feedback as there is apparently an audit that will take 14 working days. In the meantime my account will be debited with this amount, which I think is unfair. Please assist to concluding this investigation.
