Incorrect Billing - NO FEEDBACK IN 15 DAYS

Good day,

I had logged a query on the 24/10/13, with Customer Care 808 regarding my incorrect billing of BIS on my account as I do not use a Blackberry ever since my upgrade in June 2012, however I have been billed since June 2012 for BIS, I have spoken to an Agent by the name of Clive who logged the call (REF105420141) and stated that the turnaround time for feedback is 15 working days, to date I haven't heard a thing, he did mention that I wont be billed for 2 Months due to the amount being high, but I see that my December payment reflects that I have been billed once again, PLEASE CAN I HAVE FEEDBACK? Furthermore if I am being billed in arrears this would mean that I was just billed now for November 2013, and wont be billed for December 2013 and January 2014, and will be paying for February 2014 and this will be on my MTN statement for March 2014, if this is correct once I receive feedback, my upgrade is due in the 1st week of February 2014, will I not be able to upgrade now as instalments would have been paid up till end January 2014 and February 2014 will be paid in March 2014? I look forward to receiving URGENT feedback regarding the above.
