This is my third complaint about Vodacom. About 2months back, I complained about Vodacom's incorrect billing on my account. Vodacom called me and told me that I owed them R300. That was in August 2013. I paid the R300 in full. I got an account bill yesterday informing me that I owe Vodacom R100. I'm sick and tired of Vodacom. How do I pay the full amount and still be billed? This is exactly what I experienced the last time I complained. The worst thing is Vodacom has listed me as a bad payer. Hellopeter, please help me. I want Vodacom to remove me as a bad payer and to stop billing me for nothing.
