Cell C
R800 gets blocked but R4400 is allowed!!!

I recieved a bill for going overseas and only using it in wi-fi free zones. I get a new Galaxy S4 and the block it because its R800.00. Principles?

This is the 2nd time Cell C.

When my contract ends, you will never see me as a customer again!!
