NO RESPONSE FROM VODACOM!

I lodged complaints in Feb & March 2013 on HelloPeter and received this message from Vodacom:
"We have received your posting. A senior consultant will be in touch regarding your account query.
Consumer Website Team"
BUT IT IS NOW MAY 2013 - I HAVE STILL NOT BEEN CONTACTED!!!
Customer Care at Vodacom contacted me after my 18 February complaint on HelloPeter ( /- R40 000 had been take out of our bank account by Vodacom (?)) Yes, I am told you were on "top-up" which limits your usage per month (therefore not allowing the 300 connections per day for which we were billed. So the amounts should not have been taken out of our account (up to R5000 per month)
I have reference numbers of logged calls to Vodacom dating back to the beginning of June 2011 - 4 in total - compaints logged as "data dispute usage on 079... and 079... "
But now I am told:
"The service request reference numbers listed in the email have been closed informing that no error on billing and others due to your husband being unavailable to receive feedback."
How can they simply close the queries which are clearly valid!!?? And does Vodacom not know my husband's cell phone number - it is his account!!!?
