On the 12th of June 2013 we lodged the first query with Vodacom regarding the data usage on my account. They did an internal audit on the account and then found that the data usage was actually used. At this stage I can not afford the amount that is payable for the account. So they did a goodwill gesture, which was approved according to me on the 21st of June 2013, that same day I signed the gesture and sent it back via e-mail.(I Still have the e-mails). They were then supposed to credit my account with the R1250 that was approved on the paper I signed. But by the 28th no credit was added to my account and Vodacom debited the whole amount for that month (The total was R1559...). I phoned several times after that to find out what is going on, but all they said was its awaiting approval. I am on the verge of going to the bank to reverse the debit order that went through, but I want to do it the right way. But I cant do that for much longer... I NEED THE MONEY LIKE TODAY TO BUY FOOD FOR MY CHILDREN TO EAT!!! Please help me to resolve this query please!!! I am really unhappy with the service of Vodacom at this stage...
