I have had it with vodacom, I have 2 numbers both out of databundle funds. The one number was loaded with the promotional 1 gig bundle on the 1st of May, I accessed the Internet on only 8days in the month of May and today I find out I have no funds??? HOW

The second number was loaded with 500megs on the 11th, 20th, 26th May and because all my funds were depleted I loaded another 500megs today the 2nd of June.
I had previously queried usage on this number as the sites being accessed were the ones I asked when I got this iPad but surprisingly enough I am paying more than double what I used to, HOW???

Why is Vodacom ripping me off and when the consultants attending to your queries cannot explain any of this madness you know that that service provider is out of order.
I have a contract with vodacom and a prepaid sim card account, a mode, and an iPad.
I am ready to port all my numbers to another service provider if this is not dealt with in this week.
