On 19/07/2013 I sent an enquiry to Mweb's Customer Services [Email Removed] regarding Mweb's Value Added Service called Web SMS (information I found on Mweb's website). I received an automated response (Ref # 20130719003628). After a week I have not received any response, so on 25/07/2013 I forwarded my enquiry to [Email Removed] The next day I received a response Ref # 20130725006185, apologies for poor service, and confirming my enquiry will be directed to premier support's management for assistance. Another week later, and still I am waiting for a response. Is Mweb focusing on quantity instead of quality?! What happened to the days where you can lodge an enquiry and actually get a response without having to follow up numerous times?
