I upgraded online almost 2 weeks. there was an issue with ram couriers and my phone was not delivered but returned to you. i contacted you to sort out the situation. Nothing. i then logged a complaint and told them that if this was not addressed, you can cancel my upgrade and I will take up a contract with another provider. guess what? no surprise, not a phone call or an email. so since i am not worthy of a phone call to sort out my issue, and since my complaint with you got me nowhere, you can now cancel my upgrade. this is also official notice that when my contract end date comes up in about a month, you can log the termination of my long term relationship with you. let me state that again, when my contract termination date comes up at the end of July, you can terminate the contract. i will not be renewing it. i will not be upgrading. yours sincerely, your loyal customer no more
