Charged a hefty cancellation fee twice

I called Telkom to transfer my line from my business to home, as I sold the business. Telkom charged me a cancellation fee because I was on a 24 month contract, this is acceptable. now they charging me again if I want to cancel the home line. and they changed my entire service from a line with free 5 gigs data, to 0 data. I want to cancel this line and never deal with Telkom again in my life. rather use mweb, they have unlimited internet for R189 per month, I'm paying R350-00 with Telkom only for a 2meg line, no data included. please help Peter.
