For 10 years I've been a loyal contract customer. On 31 December 2013 I noticed that I can't use any of the BIS services on my Blackberry phone. Eventually I contacted your call centre and found out that YOU cancelled my contract (BIS services) because my contract expires on 24/01/14 and because I had not upgrade yet.

NOBODY ever contacted me via email, sms or a phone call to alert me that this was going to happen! Isnt that your job to inform a loyal customer of this? I did not have a opportunity before that to upgrade. I was left in the "dark" because I couldnt check emails etc for my business. Only phone calls and sms. This is absolutely pathetic to say the least and you cost me a lot of troubles. That's why I've decided to cancel the contract and only use prepaid as from today (mind you, I can't even use my phone as from 00:00 last night, although my father, in who's name the contract is, asked 12 times that I would like to keep my number.)

My problem is with the fact that this high and mighty company did not even alert a customer of the above situation. Pathetic. This is the reason I'll change my service provider the minute the problem with my number is sorted out.
