No notifications about my upgrade

I received no notification from Vodacom as to exactly when my contract will terminate. I was at a Vodacom outlet yesterday the 20/01/14 and found out that one of my contracts were due for an upgrade in November 2013. My whole intention was to terminate this specific contract in order to reduce my bill. The consultant at the outlet put me through to account queries where I have cancelled this contract but I was still billed for the entire amount that I normally pay pm. I asked the consultant if I will be reimbursed with the money that was deducted extra since December as well as for January and she said no. My Vodacom bill pm is nearly R2000 pm and have been a loyal Vodacom customer for about ten years now. I eves dropped on the consultants PC and noticed that my customer status dropped from very important customer to a medium customer since I have cancelled my one contract. I feel so unimportant and will definitely take my business to another service provider that will value me. I have another contract due for an upgrade now and the way I feel I am definitely going to cancel that one as well. Another thing the upgrade fees of R150 for loyal customers not on guys. Cheers.
