Cell C accounts messed up

This is my fourth complaint against Cell C. Previously I struggled for three weeks and at the end Cell C credited me the amount they incorrectly charged me. Now I have received a statement in the post stating the amount I owed them is MINUS R26.60, I went online and checked again and there the amount is R214. Then, to make sure, I called the accounts dept and they informed me that the amount is R731.68... I am confused now and very unhappy as the lady on the other side just kept putting me on hold the whole time and eventually the line went dead. It seems as if the system is not communicating properly as the Statement sent via post is different from the online statement which is also different from the one they have on their system at the accounts dept... so I call 10 seconds later and the new lady informs me I owe R0.00 (ZERO) rand... hehehe... cell c is really the worst of the worst... and I am going to tweet this now every hour on the hour until I get proper assistance
