When you upgrade expect to pay pay as you go rates

I upgraded my account on the 2nd of May (my upgrade date). Just to find out on the 13th (my billing cycle date) that MTN doesn't give you pro rata data and calls as per your new contract. No you as customer now pay for the gap between the upgrade date and the cycle billing date. I have upgraded 3 times with MTN and never heard that you as customer has to remember when your billing date run to avoid paying normal rates. My contract is a 750 package and my bill was R1800.00 because they did not update their system. Then I go the branch to sort out (colonnade) - sorry 808 must help you. 4 times I called 808 just to be told the branch must sort it out. Go the branch again 808 sort it out. Call 808 again ask to speak to a manager and then finally I wait a week again and get a sms that they will credit me R500 (RIDICULOUS!!!). Worst service ever experienced!!! I will never use MTN again!!! My phone has been cut of almost a month because of this issue - I cant even phone out anymore. But they don't care... It is the 3 July 2013 and still no joy! And now I received a account from the 13th - 30th of June R2500... WHAT!!! When will MTN sort that one out?
