Apple I-Phone 5, Speaker not working

I have a two month old I-phone 5, the speaker does not work, took the devise back to Cell C who advised me it would take 3 to 6 weeks to get repaired. The Phone is only two months old, they should just replace it..
I-store at the Glen informed me that they would have replaced the phone if I had purchased the phone from them.
Also they can not even loan me a phone equivalent to the I-Phone. I use my phone for business now I cant even access my contacts
