I purchased a Samsung S4 Galaxy (contract) July this year from Cell C and I experienced problems with it almost TWO months later. The phone was taken in for repairs on the 26th of September and I was advised that I would have it back 2-3weeks later. It's now a month later and phone is still not with me and I'm not being kept in the loop. I called Cell C call centre and was advised that the phone was only received by the repair centre on the 9th of October (a week and a half later after I gave it to Cell C V&A!), so Cell C V&A Cape Town booked it late apparently. I have several issues with this:
1. Cell C V&A booking my repairs late. Why?
2. I have only had the phone for 2 months and it's giving me problems, so should it not be REPLACED because...
3. the call centre advised me today that the phone was repaired but it FAILED the quality assurance test
4. If you are giving me a loan phone in the meantime, please give me the EQUIVALENT of my phone as I am PAYING for a Galaxy S4 and yet I do not have one.
5. Can Cell C V&A keep me in the loop regularly seeing that they have messed up.
I would like this matter to be resolved asap and my phone to be replaced please. Thanks
