Zero service when needed

My cell phone after 5 months has a problem with the speaker. Its a Iphone 5 which I upgraded to with Cell C direct in March.

I took the phone into the Centurion branch upper mall shop. The response from their repair guy Vincenct Kekane echoed by Cell C directs Rama and Sefekile to having the phone repaired is ridiculous. The phone will take 7 - 21 business days to repair... they will then loan me a junk phone which cannot access data and has no smart phone ability (not in my contract) To use this phone I need to pay for sim swap to the loan phone and again back to hopefully my repaired phone. I then asked for a print out of my contract which indicates in section 7.6 that " In addition to the warranty on the goods from the manufacturer, we warrant (Cell C) the goods... for a period of 6 months after you received the goods. You may return the defective goods within the 6 months and you may choose to either receive a refund, replacement handset or repairs to the goods".

My phone was delivered on 8 March and so in a few days the 6 months will be up. I tried to exercise my right in requesting a replacement phone... try get that right 8 calls later 3 hrs on phone... NOBODY CAN HELP
