Absolutely Disgusting service & such RIP OFFS

I took two cell c contracts in MAY 2012 and cell c in Bluff! One i have and the other was a gift to my dad. His phone had a problem with the speaker as he could not heat anything because the volume was very low. I sent the phone with my fiance to the store in bluff and they took the phone to repair the speaker. When we got the phone back the speaker was working but the camera, video and volume control refused to work! how is it possible to send in a phn for one thing to be fixed but come out with 100 things wrong? clearly url dont have trained people who know what to do! My dad called cell c to tell them of this problem and they said we should bring the phone back in, which was sent to cell c on the 4 may 2013. he spent almost 4 weeks without a phone and now he had to give it in AGAIN! on the 21 may a technician told my dad that the phone has been fixed and is in perfect order. on 24 may my dad went to collect it and they tell him the phn is beyond repairs. how on earth did it go from perfect to beyond repairs? the phone is still with cell c. I want an urgent response to sorting out this cos this is just unacceptable. DONT BE RIP OFFS I am paying for my phones!!!
