Faulty phone and do not want to cancel contract

Phone purchased on 31 Dec. and speaker was faulty, returned phone on the 8 January for repairs.
Phone returned back on the 3 Feb. and speaker was still faulty. Phone sent back on the 5 Feb and still not repaired till now, Cell C DOES NOT WANT TO CANCEL CONTRACT.
