Phone taken in for repairs and still not working

Hi
My phone is still under warranty and was taken into the Cell C store in The Glen and on both occasions after waiting for 21 working days X2 for the phone to be repaired. On each occasion the phone came back with the same problem of switching off continuously. I spoke to Angela Nale on the 21st August and she confirmed that they would sent their driver to collect the phone. This has still not happened. In addition to the phone not still not working the IEMEI number and blackberry pin are now different. How does one justify two attempts and other one pending to fix the phone why the customer still pays the monthly instalments.

The Glen store assured me that if they could not repair the phone that they would get Blackeberry to replace the handset. The service at this branch is none existent.

Please get this resolve ASAP.
