Not fixing phone

I recently took my iphone 5 in as the speaker was distorting sound when music was playing above 50%
on the job card the consultant wrote scratch on bottom from drop which was completely inaccurate, i scratched it putting on a phone cover. secondly i told her the speaker distorts sound but she went and wrote speaker not working.

yesterday i went to collect the phone supposedly after it had been repaired
(after standing and waiting to collect for 1 hour with 2 people infront of me at the queue),
the phone was given back to me with the battery flat so i could not test it in store. i returned home and charged it only to find that the speaker was not working at all now.

just ridiculous of them to send it to "iphone specialists" who clearly could not test the speaker if the phone was flat, i gave it to them fully charged but they are unable to let me test the phone in store after it was supposedly repaired.

all round incompetence at vodacom
