Cell C
No repairs on my bbz10

I was recently at one cell c shop at the mall to explain that the speaker of my brand new z10 was a bit unclear and people couldn't hear me speak, when i told the cell c guy he simply said ''oh Ive tested it and there seems to be no problem your speaker must be dirty so try and clean it with a pin'' so i said but what if it gets damaged by doing so and he replies by saying ''just clean it carefully''.
im quite disappointed as im spending a huge amount of money monthly for this fancy phone and now cell c wont even take it in for a repair when there is clearly is problem with the speaker. i have been speaking on loud speaker on my cell phone for the past few weeks now, just so that people can hear what im saying on the phone. please advise and help
