I'm so disappointed in Discovery's service, I just don't know what they do, for a month and a half they trying to change my banking details and process a claim, I have a feeling they just don't care about customers, for 3 days in a row all agents tell me the same thing, "I'm changing it as we speak " every day I phone the details are still the same as before, now pls tell me now
