Can't find the debit order to change the details

I'm really frustrated with Discovery at this stage. We sent our request to change all our debit orders banking details with Discovery on the 14/02/2013.I received an email confirming the change, however the debit order reference: Vitaprem -002070124-92574612 for amount of R224.00 still went off my husband ABSA (old account) account. We have called Discovery multiple times and NO ONE can pick this up through the call centre. We contacted ABSA bank and they confirmed that this is definitely from Discovery-Vitality Health Style, user code:7121 with tel. details Santa Jacobs at 0115293475.We contacted Santa and she was the only person who could confirm and assist us from Discovery. She even sent me the detailed statement from your system at Discovery clearly showing the debit orders being taken from our account and being paid to Discovery. Ur call centre agents don't listen to what I explain to them. They don't even know how your products work. I had to refer them back to your website. Please sort this out for us once and for all and change the banking details as per our original request. I also request that someone please call me as this is becoming a real pain to contact you every time.
