Shocking service and disinterest!

I sent my claim in on the 7/01/14 and again on the 9/01/14and received that automated response with the reference number. I then phoned in on the 18/01/14 (as it was still not paid) and was sent documents to change my claim banking details which i did that morning-i followed up after i sent them and was assured everything was in order and the claim would be processed in 3 days. Today is the 21/01/14 and i have still not received my refund. I called in earlier today and was told "no its not being processed as a signature is missing". Discovery's customer service is shocking not once have they phoned to say it's in process or there is a problem with your banking details. but they are so quick to call if you have to pay something. The manager i spoke to is just and unhelpful and uninterested as the call centre agents all they want you to do is do it on line so it's less work for them.
Discovery still owes me a refund from last year 2013! and im still waiting for the follow up call from the manager.
CAN I JUST GET MY REFUND!?
