Extremely Bad Service from Discovery Health

Discovery Health advised me there would be no waiting period if I joined, however when I applied for auth my experience with Discovery became a nightmare. I applied for auth on the 05-02-2013 and the final response from Discovery was on the 04-03-2013. It took a whole month of liasing with roughly 10 different agents to try and obtain auth. I had to to provide all the same details over and over again to all these agents. The auth went from being approved to been an agent error, then the auth was loaded and then it was not loaded. I asked for the case to be escalated as it was taking so long, however that was not done. I even sent an email to the Head of Service advising my anger and the bad service from Discovery however no reponse which makes me wonder how serious they are with customer service. After a whole month of me stressing, and struggling to get auth all Discovery did was terminate my membership. Discovery showed me no sympathy or humanity throughout the month. This was the worst experience of poor customer service I have ever had in my life and what makes it worse I let Discovery know how I felt however they just did not care.
