Very Bad Service & Bad Attitudes

My mother was now for a third time in hospital at Dalview Clinic. She is 87 years old and can't help herself to eat, bath or walk. She must wear nappies as well.
My mother was admitted to Dalview Clinic on Wednesday the 10 April 2013. The service she received was very bad and the sisters attitude!!!

The sisters just put her food on the table and leaves it there. How must she eat if she can't feed herself. On Friday the 12 April 2013 the sisters didn't't gave her proper food so I had to go to the kitchen myself to fetch her proper food. This is unacceptable!!!

We have also stick a paper with instruction above my mothers bed for medication that must be given to her for her Parkinson and aldzimers illness as well. Not even half of my mothers tablets was given to her as prescribed by the doctor was given to her. Looks like the sisters can't even count!!!

Also on Friday morning when I arrived at the hospital I found my mother lying in bed without a nappy and the whole bed was full of pee. I asked the sisters what is going and why is my mother lying without a nappy (which I have supplied them enough), they just pulled up there shoulders.
