Cannot process claims and change bank details

I have submitted a claim four times already now with no resolution. Your claims department rejects this claim due to the invoice being unclear and yet the call centre agents I deal with (at least 3) all do not know how and why the claims department have rejected my claim on such a basis as the invoice is perfectly clear. I have even offered to drive over to the claims department and take them through it. Secondly, I recently changed bank details and updated these on your site - the change was confirmed on the website. However, after noticing that the debit order had not come off this month I called in and was told the details were not updated and that I would have to manually transfer the money for this month. I was provided with a reference number. However I now receive a message saying that my benefits have been suspended due to non-payment. Apparently the previous agent forgot to mention I should also e-mail proof of payment and call the call centre to allocate the funds. So what is the point of a reference number? Discovery claim their admin process is so great. Well its not, its actually pathetic and I will be leaving ASAP.
