Inability to pay a claim to the right account

I am very disgusted in Discovery Health. I submitted a claim in December and attached new banking details form to the claim. I emailed and faxed it numerous times.
Discovery then proceeded to still pay it into the old account and didn't bother to double check that the account details were correct. The account they paid it into is not even my account.
They have offered no sort of solution to the problem, but have made it my problem. I dont have access to that account as that account is not mine.
I have never come across such lack of administrative skills in a company, especially in an organisation like Discovery Health. We pay them an unsightly amount of money monthly, and they just dont seem to care about making this situation right..
A warning to all Discovery Health Members, double and triple check your stuff with them.
I am so furious as this is a lot of money that needed to be paid back.
I really am not interested in the emails i receive from them telling me its been paid, i know it has, but into the wrong account.
I would like a senior person at Discovery to investigate this matter as a consultant doesn't really care.
